Temporary Fabrication yard prepared at site & Processes like Cutting , bending , welding , blasting , painting etc.done at site. The thickness of M.S.Plates are ranging from 10 mm to 70 mm with different grades.Various types of farmas prepared at site for curved sections.
The customized trestles fabricated at site for Arches having different angels and height at different locations.The staging & erection scheme prepared with due care .
Bed Preparation for erection -- : The embankment prepared with good quality of murum allowing the water c!iversion through pipes .
Heavy Machinery usecl for erection :-- The weight of fabricatecl sections are ranging from 5 MT to 90 MT which are shifted to the river bed from the fabrication yard with well planning .The erection done with heavy cranes like 500 MT to 50 MT and light weight cranes like Farana & Hydra
